MSSA's eSports Board of Control (eSBoC), formerly known as the Computer Games Board of Control (CGBoC), is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all rules and regulations pertaining to MSSA's eSports Leagues and Championships. The board meets whenever necessary, to determine if any adjustments need to be made to the existing rules and regulations. Items to be discussed are submitted to the Chairman for inclusion in each Agenda. If an item is outside the juristriction of the eSBoC, then such matters are reffered to the Executive or Council.

The eSBoC is chaired by the eSports Gaming Representative, which sits on MSSA's Management Board, and has a term of 3 years. 

Each MSSA affiliated Club may place their own representative on the eSBoC. Representatives have a term of office of 1 year, after which the respective Club must either renew their position on the eSBoC or place a new representative. 

In addition to Club representatives (as of late 2009) the eSBoC has 4 elected positions with a term of 1 year:

• Secretary: Shall provide the secretarial services for the respective committee including writing and sending BOC meeting agendas and minutes, and confirming members and other records with MSSA's General Secretary
• National Tournament Director: Shall oversee and organise all Tournaments in the specific discipline over which the BOC presides. The National Tournament Director must also liaise with the Regional Director within which the Tournament shall take place.
• Schools Officer: Shall oversee and assist the National Schools Director in all School activities involving the specific discipline over which the BOC presides
• Development Officer: Shall oversee and assist the Vice-President (Development) in all development activities involving the specific discipline over which the BOC presides
